PT Omega Royal Prakarsa is a visa and immigration firm in Jakarta. We handle Indonesian visas and stay permits for people arriving here, and outbound visas and sponsorship for Indonesian passport holders — for individuals, and for companies bringing in staff or delegations.

Why we exist
It started as one complaint, repeated
People went back and forth to an agent, never knew where their file had got to, and found out something was missing only after it was refused. The money was usually not the problem. The problem was that the process was invisible, and that nobody would give a straight answer about what was actually required.
We built ORP around making it visible instead. You get a case page that shows where the file is, what is still outstanding and who is holding it. You get a named handler rather than a rotating support number. And you get told before you pay if the honest read on your case is that it is weak — or that you do not need us at all.
That last part is not modesty. Nineteen jurisdictions enter Indonesia free of charge, and an agency that sells one of those travellers a visa they do not need has traded a small fee for the enquiry that was actually worth having. We would rather answer the question and be there for the next one.
The test we hold ourselves to: would we give the same advice if there were no fee attached to it? Where the answer is no, the advice is wrong. Check whether you need a visa at all.

What we do
Two halves of one business
They look like the same job and they are not. Keeping them apart is why the site has two front doors.
Coming to Indonesia
Visit visas, work and investor KITAS, spouse routes, KITAP, Second Home and the remote worker permit — plus the event indexes most agencies get wrong, C10 for speakers and C11 for exhibitors. We sponsor visit visas directly where the law permits it.
Leaving Indonesia, and sponsoring into it
For Indonesian passport holders: outbound visa applications, and the sponsorship paperwork when you are the one bringing a foreign spouse, relative or business partner into the country. A foreigner cannot hold an Indonesian stay permit without a sponsor, and that sponsor carries real legal responsibility.

You can see the case, not guess at it
Your own case page shows where the file is, who’s handling it and what’s still outstanding. No weekly “any update?” messages required.
Checked before it’s filed
Passport validity, document completeness and the current index requirements are verified before submission. Technical rejections are preventable, and they are the majority of rejections.
Documents held properly
Passport scans and bank statements are encrypted, opened only by the staff on your case, and every access is logged. Deletion runs on a schedule rather than on somebody remembering.

Every index and every nationality row on this site carries the date a human last checked it against the current rules. The most recent pass was 1 September 2026. Indonesian policy changed materially in 2024, in 2025 and again in July 2026 — a guide published once and left up is worse than no guide.
We say no
A visit visa does not cover employment, however short the assignment, and we will not file one as though it did. Turning that work down costs us a fee and saves a client a deportation and a re-entry ban.
We publish what we know
The site carries 23 current indexes and 51 nationalities, each with its own conditions, in the open and for free. Most of what we know is not a secret worth keeping — the work is in applying it to your case.
The process
Four steps, one document upload
You send documents once. We do the chasing, the forms and the filing.
Tell us the situation
Your nationality, what you’re doing in Indonesia and how long. We name the index and quote your case in writing — our fee and the official fees, separately. Free, and it includes the version where we tell you not to apply.
Upload once
Everything goes through your case page, never an email attachment. We check each file against the current Imigrasi checklist and tell you what’s missing before it matters.
We file it
Sponsor letters issued, forms completed, application lodged. You get the reference number and can track the status yourself.
Permit issued
Delivered with your reporting obligations explained, and a renewal reminder set so it never becomes an overstay.
Our fee is quoted per case
There is no price list, because the honest number depends on your nationality, the index and how fast you need it. What does not move: immigration charges are passed through at cost and itemised on your invoice, separately from our fee. We never mark them up.

What we are not
We are a private firm, not part of the Indonesian government. Every decision on an application belongs to the Directorate General of Immigration or the relevant embassy — the grant, the refusal, the length of stay, and whether you are admitted on the day. Nobody who can charge you money can guarantee any of it, and anyone offering you a guaranteed approval is either lying or proposing something illegal.
What we control is that the file is complete, consistent and correctly filed, which is where the large majority of refusals come from.
